Video Editor
Video · India (remote) · Contract
You will cut event promos, reels, recap films, and launch content for Gathrly and our marketing partner Rawly Creative — timed to registration opens and event week.
Projects span MUNs, hackathons, summits, and college fests. You will work from briefs and raw footage, deliver vertical and horizontal cuts, and iterate fast when launch dates move.
Contract-based, project by project. Strong fit if you like short-turnaround social content with a premium, event-first feel.
What we are looking for
- Portfolio with reels, promos, or event/social edits
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Comfortable with vertical formats (9:16), captions, and platform-safe exports
- Can hit deadlines — registration week does not wait
- Bonus: experience with college fests, MUNs, or brand launch content

Motion Designer

You will create motion graphics and animated promos for event launches — title cards, UI mockups in motion, logo reveals, and social-first campaign films for Gathrly clients.
Work pairs with our video team and Rawly Creative. Some projects use Remotion (React-based video); others are After Effects or similar — we care about output quality and speed, not one toolchain.
Contract-based, scoped per event or campaign. Ideal if you enjoy kinetic type, clean transitions, and content built for Instagram and YouTube.
What we are looking for
- Portfolio with motion graphics, animated promos, or kinetic type
- After Effects fluency; comfortable storyboarding short social pieces
- Eye for premium, minimal motion — not over-designed templates
- Can deliver 15–60s cuts on event timelines
- Bonus: Remotion, Lottie, or prior work on tech/event brand films

Outreach
Outreach · India (remote) · Internship
You will find and start conversations with student organizers — MUN secretariats, fest cores, hackathon leads — and explain how Gathrly handles registration, payments, and QR check-in.
This is an internship focused on outreach: DMs, emails, campus communities, and warm handoffs to the team for demos and proposals.
You will learn how event tech sales works in India while helping fill our launch pipeline for MUNs, hackathons, and college events.
What we are looking for
- Clear written English; comfortable reaching out on Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Understanding of how college events run — registration, committees, sponsors
- Organized follow-up; you track who you have spoken to and what they need
- Connected to or curious about student-event circles in India
- 3–6 months availability; stipend discussed based on output
